Interpretation

Capitalized words have the meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural.

For the purposes of these Returns and Refunds Policy:

Company (referred to in this Agreement as “Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to Croatia IPTV.
Goods refer to items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders means your request to purchase goods from us.

You mean the individual who accesses or uses the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that person accesses or uses the Service, as applicable.

Your rights to cancel an order

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party named by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

In order to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement. You can inform us about your decision By visiting our website.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order and you will not incur any fees for such a return.

Conditions for return

In order for the Goods to be eligible for return, please check the following:

The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The following goods cannot be returned:

Delivery of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Delivery of Goods that by their nature are not suitable for return, perish quickly or have expired.
Delivery of goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.
Delivery of Goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.

Refunds can only be made for regular priced items. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made for sale items. This exclusion may not apply to you unless permitted by applicable law.

Return of goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in a return shipment. We therefore recommend an insured and trackable postal service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery received.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift when they were purchased, or the giver has sent the order to themselves to deliver to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver.
